I started POINTS! Chocolates with no outside funding and no agency. Built it to $950K+ in DTC revenue, landed QVC, and got into 900+ retail doors...all while figuring out Meta, Klaviyo, Shopify, Replo, and everything else DTC-related from scratch.
Along the way I kept running into the same problem when talking to other founders: the agencies that actually knew what they were doing were built for brands at $5M+. The freelancers were hit or miss and oftentimes couldn't handle or understand the full picture: ads, retention, landing pages, and unit economics all at once.
